Dear all,

As we approach the 4000 signature

mark after 19 days, I urge you to forward this message

to everyone you know, using communication tools such as

e-mail, Facebook, Twitter, BBM, Whatsapp, and other IM

routes.

As much as we appreciate the

international support, in order for the SA government to

take this seriously, we require more SA signatories.

Therefore, more South Africans must sign this petition

as soon as possible.

A brief overview of the

plan of action is as follows:

1. Once the

petition closes at year end, the signatures will be

downloaded & analyzed by country.

2. The

petition will be handed to the State President or his

nominee and media coverage shall arranged accordingly.

3. In the interim a small working group has been

created. This group shall plan a road map to create

strong co-ordinated community advocacy, something

lacking in South Africa, to address issues such as

these, crime, unemployment, etc.

4. We envisage the

group called “Concerned Citizens & Friends of South

Africa” will become a strong partner with Government

& authorities to create dialogue and action towards

positive change in the country. Government & the

private sector must work together concertedly to improve

the lives of all South Africans.
