“Sharing the Manifesto” initiative
The ‘Sharing the Manifesto’ initiative continues with a series of debate-days being scheduled this autumn in several European cities: London, Brac, Brno, Reggio Emilia, Liege and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. It will culminate with a special event in Brussels on 10 December, which will be co-organised together with the Committee of the Regions of the European Union. An original action in Catalonia to bring two latin gangs to constitute cultural associations
Around the year 2000, Spain discovered the phenomenon of latin urban gangs with the arrival from Central and Latin America of the infamous Latin Kings and Ñetas.
